Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner had contacted several companies regarding her concern with the main support beams in her basement. It appeared to her that the brick was crumbling, and she feared the worst of her basement caving in. Out of the four companies she called, CBS was the first to attend to her home for an inspection, where System Design Specialist Dean Merendino created a well-suited solution for Nicole’s home that would adequately support her home.

Installed by Foreman Don Clarke and his trusted crew, they placed our SmartJacks™ beams on both sides of the two main support beams. Following, they wrapped the bottom of the existing beams with CarbonArmour® to ensure that the posts have support. Nicole was highly pleased with the work done by Clarke Basement Systems and can now sleep well, knowing her home is properly stabilized!

This home in Aurora, Ontario, had been experiencing a water seepage issue. Our customer was looking to sell the house and need a permanent waterproofing solution. Our WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drainage System and CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier were installed to collect the groundwater internally and direct it into the sump system. Our customer is now able to resell the home, and our transferable warranty covers new homeowners. 

Before, this basement had water leaking through the floor-wall joints. Then, we installed our CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier over the foundation wall to completely cover and protect against water seepage. It directs water into the interior drainage and sump system. 

From dirty and musty to healthy and clean, we turned this East Gwillimbury, ON homeowner's crawlspace into something out of a dream!

Tarama in Georgian Bluffs, ON, had a nasty crawl space and old sump system that needed a facelift. She had a sump system installed in previous years that was, unfortunately, no longer working. She was deeply concerned that since she lived in a high-water table area, she was at a higher risk for water damage. The system was installed by Installation Foreman Jose Martinez and his crew. First, they replaced the old sump with our patented SmartSump® system. Next, the crew encapsulated the space to ensure any water seepage has proper drainage and it will protect the crawl space from moisture buildup.
