A home in Dundalk, Ontario, was newly purchased but had some issues. There was water entry in the basement and sagging floors making the basement extremely unhealthy. The home was purchased for their daughter, and the parents wanted it to be healthy and leveled before she moved in.
The customer called Clarke Basement Systems and talked to Rob Malcomson, who explained all that needed to be done. SmartJacks and supplementary beams were installed under the sagging joists to support floor above.
