Finding Foundation Issues With Waterproofing Solutions in Wasaga, ON

A home in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, had waterproofing issues that caused the owner to call Clarke Basement Systems. During the inspection, Robert Langton, our inspector, found that the corner of the house had sunk.

Shane, Luke, and the team replaced the old sump pump to protect the inside of the home. Then, to fix the sinking area of the house, they installed PushPiers against the walls after excavating with a hydro-vac truck. This solution permanently stabilized and lifted the foundation.
