Challenge

This home was built on a hill and had a full walkout basement at the back of the house. This meant that the back wall of the garage and garage floor were above grade by about 8 feet.

Solution

Our team removed the brick veneer to expose areas of back foundation wall and install 3 Foundation Supportworks Helical Tie backs to permanently stabilize back wall. We also lifted the garage slab floor back to it's original poured height using a PolyLevel injection.
