Use Clarke’s system 14 years ago when I first moved into my home and when I needed to replace my sump pump they were still in business. I received the same great quality of service as I did receive 14 years ago. The guys that came to do the installation were great, they really knew their stuff. Job was completed with no issues.

We were concerned about the condition of two of our window wells and contacted Clarke Basement Systems to make an appointment for an inspection. We were extremely impressed with the information package sent by the company, and even more impressed with Tom Parker who came out to look after our concerns. Fortunately for us, he was extremely honest and put our minds at rest. He even refused to take any payment for his time. We wish all companies had representatives like Tom who put integrity first. Should we ever need waterproofing and foundation repair in the future, we will only contact Clarke Basement Systems.

Every time we had heavy rain or a fast thaw, the water ended up in my cold storage. One solution was to dig up my garden and fix it from the outside, which we did not want to do. The solution that Clarke Basements came up with was to fix from the inside. It only took 2 days and since then, no water! Really happy with the work that your crew did.

Great work by the team. On time and efficient. Had a sump pit, pumps, perimeter drainage, and buried exterior drains done within a single day. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly.
