From being kept informed about when, exactly. they will arrive to the explanation of what needs doing, Clarke Basement has corrected a wet basement, subject to flooding, to a dry basement with only an annual service of pumps. Kevin even emptied a dehumidifier for me and helped to set it up to drain directly to the sump. Above and beyond, Kevin.
