We initially contacted Clarke basement systems approximately 5 years ago when the basement took on water. They came out and did a phenomenal job. At the time they recommended we do the entire perimeter of the house. We declined and only did the area where the initial problem was. It worked and worked 100%. Until now. This summer we had water enter the basement in 2 other areas. Called Clarke to come back and indeed, do the entire perimeter. It was a TON of work because now that meant doing the finished part of the basement. The crew came in and were amazing. They worked so so hard. They were very respectful of our property and took care to be the least disruptive as possible. The job is now 100% completed and we're thrilled. Thank you so much for a job well done. PS... If they recommend doing the entire perimeter, I'd suggest following their recommendation. They know what they are talking about. It's not your classic "upsell". Thanks again.
