We are out in Douro-Dummer, and we had a staircase crack forming in our basement block foundation due to some necessary outdoor excavation, and the team at Clarke Basements were fantastic in addressing it. It was still early stages but we were concerned and didn't want to chance it worsening. From the original call I had after sending in photos and the form, to Ryan coming out and assessing the wall (both mitigating our concerns), to Alan, Andrew, and L doing the repairs, we were thrilled at the overall experience. We are relatively tidy people, and appreciated that runners were brought through the house to reduce mess from foot traffic. The guys were friendly and personable, and were efficient in getting the Carbon Armor reinforcements in place. We had found with Ryan some others behind our furnace and water heater, so ahead of time had moved the water heater to make way, and those were addressed at the same time as our primary concern, reducing follow up costs. Other small cracks were filled as well, and now we will paint cover the area up and are ready to finish off the basement. The entire area was left tidied up, so beyond the look of the strapping on the walls, you wouldn't know any work was done!
