Damaged Basement Due to Ground Water in Etobicoke, ON

A home in Etobicoke, Ontario, had water leaking into the basement from the ground and walls. The flooring and baseboards were damaged, and personal items were getting wet.

The customer called Clarke Basement Systems, and Claude Mathieu explained everything the crew would do.  Dave Jackson and the team installed ThermalDry® Wall membrane to capture water that may seep through and direct it into the newly installed WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain, which provides a drainage route into the TripleSafe™ sump system.

The customer satisfied knowing that the basement is waterproofed and healthy!
