Leaky Form Holes Ties Sump Pump Solution, Barrie, ON

A homeowner in Barrie, Ontario, was dealing with minor water intrusion in their basement. In the spring thaw and very heavy rains the basement would leak and the carpets would get wet. They contacted Clarke Basement Systems to fix the water problems. We came in and installed a SuperSump to manage the water that was collecting. The two pictures posted are a before showing the SuperSump before the concrete was poured and the second was after it was poured.  Now the home will stay dry during heavy rain and spring thaw.
