80-Year-Old Leaky Foundation in Penetanguishene, ON

The original basement was dark and damp with a lot of water coming in for almost 80 years. We installed CleanSpace on the walls, a WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain around the whole perimeter of the basement and a SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System with an UltraSump® Battery Back-Up System to collect the water and get rid of it. To finish the project we installed the SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity low and keep mould away.
