Old Sump Pump Kept Failing Bi-monthly, Markham ON

A wet basement in Markham was frustrating this homeowner's grandson. Bi-monthly, the sump pump would need replacing because it could not keep up with the amounts of incoming water. The grandfather could not head down the stairs, so the responsibility was on the grandson. They wanted a solution as soon as possible since the replacements were becoming costly; then, the grandson found our team at Clarke Basement Systems. After explaining the situation and collaborating a day with our staff, our System Design Specialist, Logan Watson, came to the home for his thorough inspection.

Both systems collaborating will guarantee a dry basement all year round with no complications. After the quote was complete, our installation crew came to the rescue. Installation Foreman Jose Martinez, and Specialist Trevor Bowman split the work to complete the job as efficiently as possible. While Jose worked on the piping outside, Trevor was in charge of the interior installation. Within no time, the crew could remove the old sump, install the new one, and create a new discharge line system outside that was partially in the lawn for maximum protection against the elements. The homeowner was fired up, knowing the basement would not be troublesome anymore. Most importantly, the grandson can rest and not race to the basement every other month to replace the system.
