New Renovated Home Faces Water Behind Basement Walls, Thornhill ON

In Thornhill, Ontario, this newly renovated home had experienced water coming from their basement corner. The studs and insulation were mouldy after the homeowner removed some of the drywall. He contacted Clarke Basement Systems to get a professional opinion and solution. Our Sales Manager, Jeff Fraser, investigated the leak and concluded 3 products to ensure the basement is dry, draining water effectively, and insulated. He explained each product to the client, which helped him visualize what would be done to his home. Products being: WaterGuard®, R20 Insulation, and CleanSpace®. Our installation foreman, Jose Martinez, and Specialist, Trevor Bowman, began the work efficiently yet organized. The homeowner checked in occasionally and was impressed by the craftsmanship. After all was said and done, it was time to walk our client through the work. He was familiar with our systems based on our videos and website material but was still interested in how it worked. From concerned to happiness, our client could enjoy that side of the basement again.
