Basement Waterproofing for Storage in Dorset, ON

Clarke Basement Systems received a call from a couple from Dorset, Ontario, after they noticed some water had appeared to be leaking in their cold cellar. They wanted to be able to use it for storage, so they needed to get their cold cellar waterproofed so that their items wouldn’t get damaged while they were packed away.

Dave Jackson and his experienced crew took care of this job. They first installed our WaterGuard® system that will drain any incoming water to the sump system and then out of the home through their discharge line. Next, they installed our CleanSpace® wall membrane. This will encapsulate the area and guide any seepage to the WaterGuard. These two products go together with waterproofing cold cellars just like this one. Now the customers can store their items without worrying about water damage.
