Waterproofing After Basement Leaks in Zephyr, ON

A concerned customer in Zephyr, Ontario, was bringing some storage items out from her basement when she discovered an unpleasant smell coming from down below. She also found that her things had been slightly damaged from water and knew she needed to do something about it.

Corrine called Clarke Basement Systems to help her find a long-lasting solution that would keep her basement dry and free from any further moisture trying to find its way in. Jose Martinez and his team took on this project successfully by first installing our WaterGuard® system that will redirect any water to the sump system. Next, our CleanSpace® wall membrane was installed to keep any further moisture out and guide water to the WaterGuard®. Further, the SuperSump was chosen as the alert mechanism to notify Corrine of any future floods down the line.

By the end of the job, Corrine was happy she chose our company to provide her with a solution that would keep her space and items dry and prevent any further moisture/mold from growing.
