Customer service top notch, everyone was punctual and arrived exactly when they said they would, follow up and reminders from office were very much appreciated, compared with previous interactions with other contractors, we were very very happy with the whole Clark Basement experience
this would have been rated higher, but the sales rep recommended cutting out 24 feet of drywall, drilling all joists for a drain pipe. Once this was completed by us it was ultimately NOT used. (see installation comments)
Installation crew determined that the sales person's recommendation was NOT a good option however found a easier solution which in the end saved us $$. Crew was punctual, knowledgeable, polite
