The technician Ali Fereidouni arrived 15 minutes early. Brought everything he needed to replace my 1/3 HP pump with a new M98 1/2 HP pump. Ali did his usual service maintenance as well. Ali is very thorough. Always cleans the work area when his work is done. Ali is very knowledgeable. Any questions I have he is pleased to answer. He explains how my system works. Try's to make me feel more confident with the system I have. Then Ali adjusted my discharge line into the pond. Hopefully this will help the two pumps work more efficiently. Ali is very pleasant and easy to relate to.

I first spoke with Audrey who was very pleasant. Audrey transferred me to Elizabeth. Elizabeth was very helpful in getting me an appointment as soon as possible. On Friday March 15th I came home to water in my basement from the thaw and rain we had all day. I wanted someone to help prevent more water coming in my basement when we had the next thaw and rain. I really appreciated how Elizabeth took the time to listen to my rant. I was so upset to have water coming up through the basement floor. I thought I was safe with the system Clarke Basements installed in spring of 2015. Elizabeth scheduled Chris to come and assess my situation. Then Elizabeth scheduled Ali to do the work as soon as possible.

Chris Arrived on time. Was very helpful. Gave me my options. However, my third option was not possible. When the technition Ali arrived with the M137 Pump to instal in the same liner as the 1/2 Hp M98 Ali explained it would be too large to fit in the liner. So the technition replaced my 1/3 Hp M53 with a new 1/2 Hp M98 to work with my existing M98.

Ali Fereidouni was the only technition required. He was very thorough.
