Ali Fereidouni was my service tech. Ali was very therow. Ali took the time to explain how my triple system works. I have a home built close to a pond and my water table is high. The pump comes on every two or three minutes. It was running continuously and I was very nervous. Ali made sure everything was working smoothly before he left. He cleaned up his work area and tidied up the wiring.

I took videos of my system, emailed them and tried to explain my system was running continuously. This was not normal. Without actually seeing the system in person I was told it was working normally.
