Ron Monk gave a very good understanding of the work that would need to be done, took the time to patiently answer our questions, and made sure he understood the work that the previous owner had done with Clarke Basement Systems. Rob in the office was great at answering any questions that we had leading up to the day as well and was very knowledgeable. Lucio, Dymytro and Russell did excellent work. They arrived early in the morning and worked hard to get the room done by noon the same day (pretty small job since we were expanding what the previous owner did). Lucio took the time to explain what he was working on throughout the project. He spent time with us before he left as well to make sure that we can pass along instructions to the contractor who will be rebuilding the walls in the basement. All in all, great customer service experience with Clarke Basement Systems. Will update this post if there are any issues with the system, but so far it looks great!

Just had Clarke Basements replace my basement floor with their waterproofing system as well as their basement to beautiful wall panels. Can't say enough good things about the crew. Lucio, Dustin and Dimitri were an amazing team and I can't say enough good things about them. The care they put into the work, as if it was their own house, always on time, very cautious of ensuring everything is kept clean. Was a pleasure to have them doing the job. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to get the job done the right way and have no more water worries

We are really happy with the way our crawl space turned out. The guys were great, efficient, and communication was excellent. Now we can use it as a storage space! The smell was much better right away… just wonderful.

I’ve used Clarke a number of times when I’ve had basement wetness and they are the best. I trust them to send experienced staff and I have never had an issue. I have waterproofed all my walls in 2 steps. But done with excellent service. I purchased a dehumidifier and I get regular service. I couldn’t recommend them more.

We had 2 cracks in our basement wall that were leaking and Clarke Basement Systems sent a rep to assess the work and give us an estimate. They came in and repaired the damage and left the area clean and neat. So far there have been no further issues.
