She was great, understanding and sent information previous to the appointment.
Very nice guy, he was right on time, inspected the problem,took the history and gave us the quote. There was no pressure when to book, and good advice basement finishing in case of future problems elsewhere. What a relief!!
This guy was a pro, really confident and knew exactly what he was facing. No surprises! His work was efficient and timely. He was friendly and had excellent communication skills.
No mess left at all, just some dust!

I found you on the internet but after talking with there who contacted me I was willing to get a rep and quote out to the house for a quote.I read the material mailed out which I found very helpful in helping me understand the rep. We were pleasantly surprised on the quote which is why we had avoided contacting acompany previously,resulting in 2 unsuccessful self repairs. Being in the construction business ourselves we knew the price was very reasonable for the work involved. We were happy with the timelines and everything went smooth as silk!
