Lucio, Dimitry and Dustin did an exceptional job encapsulating our crawl space in downtown Toronto. Almost immediately, our indoor air quality felt improved. Our home is approximately 130 years old and our basement crawl space had never been cleaned or encapsulated. The space had feces etc. and was accessible to animals through the ground. The crew arrived at our home and was very clean, organized and quiet. In fact, one of our household members slept through the work being done and was not disturbed. The crew cleaned up after their work was complete and you could not even tell they were here. They were friendly and communicated everything to us effectively. All of the staff followed the covid-19 health regulations. The staff were very respectful of us, our home and one another. We really recommend Clarke’s to anyone who needs work done. Overall, the company is very great and well organized. It felt like everyone we spoke to was an owner of the company as they seemed to really CARE about doing a good job.
