We found water in our finished basement one morning. 3 different contractors came prior to Clarke, all spent less than 10 minutes before giving me their diagnosis and plan to repair and prevent future issues. Dean from Clarke spent the better part of 2 hours on-site, inspecting many possible reasons for the water, as well as explaining every step of the process in how to repair and prevent the issue. Once the crew started, they discovered that the source of water was nowhere near where we had thought and had we not gone with Clarke, it would not have been fixed and we would have had the same issue happen again!
