Problematic corner
This is the corner with the electrical panel. A lot of water stains and moisture formed here.
New drainage
We had to jackhammer a trench for their water to seep underneath the home.
The wall crack
Water was not only coming from the holes, but there was a crack on one of the walls.
A closer look
Very timely job with many disconnections of wires.
Working behind
Now that the panel is fully disconnected, it was time to apply the CleanSpace® so the electrician can get back there again.
FlexiSpan®
Maneuvering around the shelving, Alan is installing the FlexiSpan® to seal the wall crack.
Disconnecting the panel
The homeowners collaborated to have an electrician deconstruct the panel so we a waterproof the back.
Prepping for sealing
Alan drilled out the hole bigger to fit the sealant and plug.
Sealing the holes
With the mixture Alan made, he sealed the holes with a baster.
Plugged
Sealed and plugged away forever.
Holes covered
After the sealant and plugs, the hole is then covered with Flexi Caulking.
Encapsulated
Corner that was a problem before is now isolated.
Behind the panel
Behind the panel is now covered in CleanSpace® and will not have anymore water coming.
FlexiSpan®
Wall crack is sealed off and there is a new drainage at the footing of the wall.
