A home in Aurora had water leaking into the perimeter of the basement. It was coming up between the floor and the foundation wall and it was a problem because the house smelled very musty. The customer had health issues, and understood the urgency of keeping the basement dry. The homeowner called Clarke Basement Systems and spoke to Ben Wallis who was the inspector. He told them exactly what needed to be done to waterproof the home. Lucio Flores and the team came in and removed the wall materials and opened up the concrete floor to install the Waterguard, ThermalDry wall membrane and the SuperSump. The ThermalDry wall membrane was installed on the walls to collect and direct all water and moisture into the full perimeter WaterGuard that was also installed. The Watergaurd directs all water into the newly installed Supersump system. The customer is satisfied because their basement no longer smells and they have solved their water issues permanently.
