Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Bench Footing leaking in Newtonville, ON

Challenge

A very old house had been bench footed to lower the floor but was never waterproofed correctly and had been leaking for years. There had been multiple tries at fixing the leaks but none had been successful. The homeowner wanted to finish the basement so it could be used as a game room for the kids.

Solution

A full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system was installed. We also installed a new Sump Pump System and CleanSpace membranes to make sure the investment was protected. The customer can now renovate the basement for her kids and not have to worry about future leaks!
