After buying their first home the customer found that the basement was extremely damp. The smallest amount of rain water would pool around the perimeter of the basement. The customers needed the peace and mind of knowing that their basement wasn't going to flood every time it rained outside.
Inspector Steve Matthews found that the previous attempts from other contractors were unsuccessful in keeping the customers basement dry. A full perimeter WaterGuard system was installed along with the TripleSafe sump pump system to rid the basement of the water building from hydro-static pressure.
After Clarke Basement Systems installed our systems, the basement is now dry, and the customers are ecstatic!
