Every employee I dealt with from Mark in sales, to the ladies in the office (and of course the installation team) were very professional and friendly. Lucio involved me during the installation process from beginning, middle, to the end. He obtained my approval for any slight alterations from what was proposed, and explained things to me that I needed to know. Lucio is a terrific foreman who treats his guys with as much respect as he does his customers.
