Tom came out to do an assessment of a few items in my basement, including cold air conditions and a few other trouble spots. Tom carefully explained some options I could use to improve the living area and recommended some of his contacts who could assist me. Tom was courteous and thorough and generous with his time. I would not hesitate to use Clarke Systems or recommend them to friends and family. A+++.
