The cracks and holes in the old cement floor were not all filled in as the specifications in the proposal about the cement work discussed were vague. However, once this was drawn to your attention, the work was completed very satisfactorily and in a short period of time.

What made you choose our company:

I chose you on the recommendation of Luke Cook of Cook's Plumbing and Heating in Owen Sound. I have to thank Rob Malcolmson for his inspection of the site and his clear explanation of the work proposed. When I discovered that some of the holes had not been filled in, he assured me that the work would be completed as discussed. The crew were outstanding and the space is now, hopefully, waterproofed!
