The service person came to my home, listened to my diagnosis, made his own diagnosis, recommended a solution, adjusted his recommendation with dialogue with the customer then executed. He was knowledgeable and showed me the issues as he extracted parts. He did a good clean up on the devices left in the sump. He tested and verified all 3 pumps when complete. He was courteous, wore shoe protectors and COVID mask properly. He was very professional and I requested this opportunity to give feedback.
