From consultation to finished product, we have been very impressed with Clarke Basement Systems. Our consultation with Robert was thorough, concise and patient. The options and recommendations were clearly explained with absolutely no pressure to book. We really appreciated that Robert took the time to answer questions and really explain the "why" of the job. Further, we were given sufficient time to think about the options and book when we felt that it was the right time. Yesterday, our system was installed. Jose, Dustin and Trevor arrived in great time (having to travel a fair distance to our house). The work was unbelievably efficient and all three gentlemen were happy to answer questions, explain processes, and show off the work. Jose was happy to work with us to recommend the right areas for installation and all three employees were so considerate of us being home while they were working. The basement was left in immaculate condition - better than we could have expected. The system looks clean, tidy, and professional. We actually couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Clarke Basement Systems.
