The Cleanup Process
When my mother-in-law had her basement water proofing done, the representative replaced her insulation and drywall, this was not done for me. Is it standard practice for you to cleanup and also replace the insulation and drywall?

My mother-in-law had her basement water proofing done by your company many years ago and was very happy with the work and said it was groundbreaking, no othr company offered the service you offered at that time. However, she did mention that the representative replaced her insulation and re-drywall for her, this was not done for me.
