We were concerned about the condition of two of our window wells and contacted Clarke Basement Systems to make an appointment for an inspection. We were extremely impressed with the information package sent by the company, and even more impressed with Tom Parker who came out to look after our concerns. Fortunately for us, he was extremely honest and put our minds at rest. He even refused to take any payment for his time. We wish all companies had representatives like Tom who put integrity first. Should we ever need waterproofing and foundation repair in the future, we will only contact Clarke Basement Systems.

Every time we had heavy rain or a fast thaw, the water ended up in my cold storage. One solution was to dig up my garden and fix it from the outside, which we did not want to do. The solution that Clarke Basements came up with was to fix from the inside. It only took 2 days and since then, no water! Really happy with the work that your crew did.

Extremely pleased with the job Clarke Basement Systems did to salvage our retaining wall. It was old and leaning more and more with every passing year. We knew we'd soon have to get it worked on or taken down and replaced. CBS gave us a fair estimate and did not over-promise as to results. They ended up righting it to within a few degrees of perfectly vertical. Lovely. They used a unique geo-engineered solution that involved putting steel plates on the exterior of the wall and linking by means of 3/4" steel rods to a set of steel anchor plates buried under the driveway. Don, Austin and Nolan were punctual, pleasant and did it right.

This was our first Annual Maintenance since installing a complete waterproofing system and TripleSafe sump pump from Clarke Basement Systems. Ali was great... explained everything, and provided some helpful tips and advice on keeping the system operating efficiently. We've been very satisfied with Clarke Basement Systems from initial installation to ongoing service!

They are punctual, they communicate and they work as clean and efficient as possible in difficult working conditions. A great representation of Clarke Basements and I would recommend this crew without question. This job site was in downtown Toronto without designated parking, waste bin and with tight quarters. Lucio and his crew did an amazing job while keeping it clean and organized.
