Challenge
This customer had purchased a new home with an older, questionable sump pump that was causing some stress. The customer had concerns about the existing systems ability to do the job properly, and new little about sumps. After inspection the concern was justified, there were improvements to be made to improve the function and for some peace of mind.
Solution
The instalation of a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and battery back up was scheduled, and installed. This customer is very happy about the improvements made and the ability to "not have to worry anymore is priceless."
