Challenge

This space had at some point been enjoyed by a combination of "critters" and was in definite need of some improvement. Insulation falling from the joists and damp. Fortunately the wood and framing were sound.

Solution

A full encapsulation was installed, separating the moist ground from the rest of the structure. Prolonging the life of the wooden framing. In addition, gaps were sealed, preventing the "critters" access. It is now a clean, manageable dry space without any of the food sources or environment "critters" would be looking for.
