Challenge

The customer called us complaining about the smell coming from the crawlspace and soft floors. We found mold everywhere along with rotting wood joist. There was plastic on the floor that did nothing to control the moisture.

Solution

We had to control the earth's moisture from entering the house by encapsulating the whole crawlspace with CleanSpace. We installed two SmartSumps and one UltraSump PowerPack to control the ground water. And finally installed the Basement Systems SaniDry unit to control the moisture and condition the air. To this day the customer has had no more problems with floors or humidity.This home is located in a Lagoon setting with an extremely high water table.
