Perimeter Drainage System & Encapsulation

The most frequent solution Clarke Basement Systems recommends is our WaterGaurd® drainage system. the perimeter is dug out, then the guard is installed to create a passageway for water to reach the sump. Further, the team installed our ThermalDry® for insulation and to encapsulate the area.

Finishing Up the Job

Once the WaterGuard® was installed, the SuperSump® was installed to pump the water out of the discharge line. Lastly, the team lays new cement over the WaterGuard®, which will make the work done underneath invisible!
