I just purchased this old house, and we uncovered how poor the condition of the foundation was due to water coming from the old downspouts. We quickly change the roof and the eaves system, and hired Clarke Basement Systems to install the interior waterproof system. We’re so happy with the product because of its low profile shape we didn’t have to dig too deep and risk undermining our old foundation wall!
