Matt was very efficient and professional. He called to advise when he would be arriving; explained what he would be doing; and subsequently reviewed his work with me. I was very impressed by both his work and him. He is a great person to have on your team. He represents your company well
I would not have known that repairs were done if it wasn't for the work I could see on the wall. Matt tied up and left my place cleaner than it was before he came.
What made you choose our company:
The previous owners of this home had work done by Clarke. I had the warranty and was skeptical about calling as I've experienced other companies in the past that basically say "too bad, so sad". I was more than pleasantly surprised by the positive response I got from both the administrative staff and from Ben Wallis. I will most definitely use your services as well. You folks "walk the talk". Thank you
