My company, Clarke Basement Systems, is the ESTABLISHED Southern Ontario basement waterproofing,
crawl space and foundation expert. We are the LOCAL award-winning Basement Systems Dealer, helping communities in Toronto, the GTA and southern Ontario for more than 20 years. Beware of imposters, new start-ups and out-of-province companies claiming otherwise. Others will say they are Clarke Basement Systems or do the same work as us. They use our pictures and brochures too. They mimic our logo and website. To be clear, there are only 4 other legitimate Ontario Dealers with local service teams. They are in Ottawa, Hamilton, and London area. We all work well together, respect each other’s businesses, and help one another out with system design and installation ideas. We are part of the Basement System Network founded in 1987 and use patented waterproofing products.
Clarke Basement Systems is aligned with two sister companies Foundation Supportworks® of Ontario: Projects include homes, cottages and new construction dealing with settling foundation or failing wall issues. If buildings are on weak soil, we have multiple piering solutions for these types of projects.
Canadian Concrete Leveling: Sinking or settling concrete can be fixed. If concrete is in good shape, it can be lifted and leveled under the concrete and get it back to its original pour height inside or outside. Most installations only take a few hours. We also offer professional caulking of concrete joints too!
