August Employees of the Month

Clarke Basement Systems decided to start an Employee of the month program. All of the staff can vote for the two people they think is most deserving of employee of the month, each month, inside the office and outside the office. We put a voting box in the two main areas of the office to make sure everyone votes. There is a slip of paper asking who nominate and the reason for being nominated. There were many submissions from the staff. There was a tough competition between the employees because each and everyone of the team works extremely hard and has a great attitude towards their job. 

Matt Bianco was the winner for outside services Employee of the Month. He is a great guy who always works hard and does his best no matter what. He stepped up to the plate this month to help out our PolyLevel team. He is known for making his coworkers laugh and keeping things positive! Our staff thinks hes much deserving of the employee of the month this month. 

Rob Trevisan was the winner for inside services Employee of the Month. He deals with the management, the crews, and the customers with a big smile on his face throughout the day. He has many responsibilies but manages to keep everything going smoothly. Our staff thinks he is also much deserving fo the employee of the month. 

Both employees received a Visa prepaid card for the appreciation of all their hard work! We're so proud of our team!
