This home's basement in Sutton West, Ontario, had two leaks that caused all entering rainwater to pool in the middle of the basement. Chris Luke, our experienced System Design Specialist, visited the home to begin his thorough inspection inside and outside. He made sure that he checked every nook and cranny to make sure there weren't any surprise leaks, minus the two. As Chris walked around the property, he explained the benefits of the products that would best suit the basement and how they would ensure the water safely made its way out of the house. After developing trust with the homeowners and walking them through our process, we got the go-ahead to encapsulate this basement for good. Our Installation Foreman Lucio Flores and his crew went to the house and installed each product individually. This basement would be dry forever from the wall encapsulation, anti-freezing discharge lines, new sump pumps, and the perimeter drainage systems.
