A home in Collingwood, Ontario, had a sump pump in the basement that was outdated. The homeowner was worried that it would not do the job if the basement flooded.
The customer called Clarke Basement Systems and spoke to Robert Langton who explained the best quality products and the process to install them. Luke Haverkort and the team came in and installed a Triplesafe Sump Pump, two Iceguards and an Aprilaire Dehumidifier. They replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe to ensure that there are three levels of protection. The Iceguards allow the system to pump any water out and away from the home without the risk of freezing. The Aprilaire system is to keep the home’s relative humidity below 55% and prevent mold.
