Sloping floors to middle of.house. my own investigation suggests prior owners may have somewhat compromised structural integrity of cinder block directly supporting the end of the steel beam by drilling for central vac. Beam droops 3/8" at end. Loading then transferred to one post which sank. Need it fixed!

Hello! I am a Realtor with a very specific and somewhat timely requirement. I have clients who are hoping to purchase a home in Oakville. A pre-sale inspection was completed by the Seller and some "cracks" were identified in the poured foundation.
