I am looking for an estimate. I have a single story garage with some settlement in one corner that has been occurring for the past 10-years. I recently measured the movement and I think the movement is about 1/8 inch a year maybe less - hard to say I attached a home made movement measuring device this mid winter so the 1/8 I measure may be just effect of temperature change, but either way I would like to get it fixed. By fix I am not referring to just filling the crack and brickwork repair, but instead some type of underpinning or jacking of that corner foundation or some other way to fix the foundation that you advise. Could I get an estimate please. I have some photos. I am located in Burlington, closest intersection Upper Middle and Burloak. Not sure if my husband contacted you.

We have annual review of system. Check of sump pump etc. Matt came to do inspection and was very good about explaining what needed to be done. He took time to fix a problem with the sump discharge to take it further from the house. An excellent employee and ambassador for Clarke.

Front corner of the home (one and a half storey, built in 1950) has been showing signs of foundation settling with a straight vertical crack in block foundation wall below main window. Stepped cracks up to window sill with top corner of window the mortar joints cracked aapart about 1/4-3/8" Window sill seems to be unlevel. Seems to have been an old sag (been in house eight years) and the windows (1991) have been trimmed to suit the sill out of level. Howevere, recently there has been a crack in the interior drywall in the corner. Would like an opinion on structure and repair using the push\screw founsation repair as we may replace windows in future with a new baywindow and want to ensure there is no movement.
