This was our first Annual Maintenance since installing a complete waterproofing system and TripleSafe sump pump from Clarke Basement Systems. Ali was great... explained everything, and provided some helpful tips and advice on keeping the system operating efficiently. I just wanted to send a note to let you know how impressed I was with the work that Jose, Reshimi, and Trevor did today.  They were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  

About 3 to 4 years ago we had some water in the basement and connected with Clark Basement Systems to do some internal waterproofing and at the same time installed a sump pump. From the first point of contact throughout the entire project we have not but praise to heap on Clarke Basement Systems as they did exactly what we were quoted for and the quality of their work it standing up exceptionally well. Following the sump pump installation it was recommended that we keep up with the yearly maintenance much like many of us do with our furnaces. We have always had the same technician Ali who again represents that company extremely well. Ali is always on time, very polite, extremely knowledgeable (he's more than happy to educate and answer any questions with a smile), he's very efficient with his work, very clean and always respectful of everyone's home. So the main thing to take away from this review is for any basement and foundation work choose Clarke Basement Systems and hopefully your are lucky enough to get Ali as your service technician for any maintenance or repair needs!

We have 2 sump pumps in our house. 10 years and no problems. The service is excellent.

He was very thorough, courteous and explained each step of the process.He had helpful advice on how to clean and maintain the pumps which would help them run more efficiently and extend the life of the pump.Would like him to come back next year when maintenance is due again.Thanks.

Kevin came to service my sump pump. This is my first experience with a sump pump and he carefully explained all the parts and how it runs. He took the time to examine and clean all the parts. he gave me suggestions for troubleshooting as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative! I feel very confident knowing that all is running well! I would highly recommend Kevin and Clarke Basement Systems to anyone who has or is considering purchasing a sump pump. 

Job has been completed & we are soooooooooooooo very satisfied with our installation!!!!  As the install was under our stairwell I'm certain it was not the most inviting place to work but, your servicemen did an outstanding job! Had Matt do our annual service on Thursday and once again great. He was earlier than expected, had called ahead, he was polite, efficient ,and the maintenance was completed. Explained what he did and was on his way. Pleased with the whole system since installation several years ago.
