In Richmond Hill, Ontario, a newly owned home needed some TLC before the family's wishes to renovate could come true. with a wet basement perimeter, and a moldy stench, they contacted Clarke Basement Systems, and our team knew exactly what this basement needed!
First, to prevent any more water from damaging the basement installation foreman Dave Jackson and his trustworthy crew installed a WaterGuard system to give the water a place to go once it enters the basement. Secondly, they put what is known as our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier system in place. the membrane will eliminate any further moisture from being trapped in the interior of the basement.
After the job was completed, this family happily started their renovations with the confidence that they wouldn't have any future water problems!
