Leak along the whole back foundation wall of the house. We think it needs to be all re-tarred right at the base. Sump pump not able to pump water from basement fast enough and comes off and on every 2 mins. Basement has flooded because of the inability of the sump system to remove the water in the sump fast enough. Two pedestal pumps are presently installed but because this property is a new purchase we have no idea how the run off from the sump is being handled or whee the water is coming from e.g do the weeping tile around the exterior of the home run into the sump hole and then pumped out? We need someone to take a look and quote a fix cost for an efficient system etc.
