Extremely pleased with the job Clarke Basement Systems did to salvage our retaining wall. It was old and leaning more and more with every passing year. We knew we'd soon have to get it worked on or taken down and replaced. CBS gave us a fair estimate and did not over-promise as to results. They ended up righting it to within a few degrees of perfectly vertical. Lovely. They used a unique geo-engineered solution that involved putting steel plates on the exterior of the wall and linking by means of 3/4" steel rods to a set of steel anchor plates buried under the driveway. Don, Austin and Nolan were punctual, pleasant and did it right.

Dave and his crew arrived early and worked continuously until completed. Despite the cramped and dusty location Dave worked through some difficulties. We selected Clarke Basement Systems to install 4 wall braces and provide internal waterproofing.  They also used a poly fil injection system to raise part of our foundation floor.  I would highly recommend this team for your basement repair. The beginning of the process, when Robert came and provided a detailed quote and video, was extremely helpful and reassuring.  The financial quote did not change from start to finish. We did add two more elements and quotes again were quick and adhered to. Robert himself has extensive experience and has since been extremely helpful with my contractor as we complete our basement. Rob Trevisan in operations helped get our project done early. He was responsive to our requests and always professional and once again reassuring. We had Shane oversee the waterproofing and install the braces he is an engineer and incredibly knowledgeable about foundations.
