Challenge
A home in Lindsay, Ontario had pressures from the driveway causing the exterior wall of this home to push in and shear. The homeowner had just bought the home and needed to know that this would be fixed. Concerned for the investment, a call was made to Clarke Basement Systems for a solution.
Solution
We came in to the home and removed the wall cladding. PowerBraces were installed along the problem wall assuring no further movement. The home also had water leakage through the walls that we also put an end to. This home is now warrantied from any future issues and the customer is satisfied knowing we had a permanent solution to all the issues.
